K Global Heart Dream Awards 2023 diberikan kepada beberapa idol grup K-pop. Salah satunya adalah ZEROBASEONE, grup anak laki-laki baru yang muncul tahun ini sebagai bagian dari program survival Boys Planet.
ZEROBASEONE, bersama dengan Taeyong NCT, ATEEZ, dan ENHYPEN, memenangkan dua piala, termasuk K Global Bonsang sebagai hadiah utama, bersama dengan sembilan idol K-pop lainnya. Sementara Stray Kids memenangkan tiga penghargaan: K Global Best Artist, K Global Bonsang, dan Favorite Idol 4th Generation Boy Group Popularity Award.
SECRET NUMBER juga mendapat penghargaan Favorite Idol 4th Generation Girl Group Popularity Award dan K Global Next Leader Award.
K Global Heart Dream Awards merupakan acara tahunan yang digelar untuk merayakan K-pop dan festival musik bagi pencinta K-pop.
Tahun ini,K Global Heart Dream Awards diselenggarakan 10 Agustus di KSPO Dome, Seoul dan dipandu Jun Hyun-moo dan Jang Do-yeon.
