Daftar pemenang iHeart Radio Music Awards 2024 telah resmi rilis dan terlaksana pada 1 April 2024. Acara tersebut terselenggara di Dolby Theatre, Los Angeles. SZA meraih penghargaan terbanyak dalam acara iHeart Radio Music Awards tahun ini. Musisi ini berhasil memenangkan empat kategori, termasuk Song of the Year untuk lagu “Kill Bill”. Selain itu, R&B Song of the Year, R&B Album of the Year, dan R&B Artist of the Year.
Selain SZA, beberapa nama lain seperti Taylor Swift, Peso Pula, dan Ice Spice juga meraih sejumlah penghargaan dalam acara tersebut. Beyoncé juga menerima penghargaan istimewa dari iHeart Radio Music Awards 2024, yaitu Innovator Award. Memberikan kepada musisi yang memberikan kontribusi besar dalam budaya pop.
Ajang penghargaan ini oleh Ludacris pandu dan kemeriahan dengan penampilan dari berbagai musisi ternama seperti Justin Timberlake, Lainey Wilson, TLC, Green Day, Jelly Roll, dan Tate McRae.
